I bought the Serenity 18 Air Bath in 2011 for the home we built and currently live in. I use the tub on a regular basis. It is large enough for two people, but mostly just one of us uses it. It holds quite a bit of water. We have a tankless propane water heater with an 'endless' supply, so we can fill the tub without running out. I've never filled it completely - 1/3 to 1/2 has been plenty for a good soak. You don't want to fill it completely if you use bubble bath because the air jets will create more bubbles! The air jets are great! I like the wave action setting best. It is comparable to being in our big outdoor spa! When not using bubbles, I like the chromatherapy lights. Just turn the lights on, lean back and relax with soothing bubbles. Cleaning is a snap. I just rinse the tub with the shower wand once it has drained. In a couple minutes, the air jets come on and blow any remaining water out of the system, so next time you use the tub, you don't have moldy/crud blowing out of the jets like in a regular spa tub! This tub is a great size for a larger or tall person. It is wide and you can stretch your legs straight when leaning back. I'm 5'9 and my spouse is 6'4. We will be putting another one in the next house we build and will probably forgo buying an outdoor hot tub!

I was designing a new bathroom to fit within the footprint of existing space. I didn't have a huge amount of room for one of the enormous tubs that you see in some of the magazines so I set out to find a freestanding, air jet, tub that was on the compact side. The Aquatic Serenity 13 was perfect. It is very high quality construction. I ordered it with a chrome drain, which is very heavy duty. I did have a problem with a leak in the overflow drain. If I recall, it was leaking from a connection that was intended to be permanent and the plumbers couldn't fix it. Quality Bath and Aquatic were wonderful in analyzing the problem, sending a replacement, and offering to pay for the extra plumber expense. I could not have been happier with their Customer Service. The installation was flexible enough to let us hide the blower in a nearby closet. The jets work fine and clean themselves a few minutes after you turn them off and drain the tub. The size works perfectly for me since I'm about 5'2". I am very comfortable sitting in the tub. The water level is nice and deep and I don't slip. The only slight negative is that the tub doesn't keep the water warm for very long, but I don't think this is an issue with this particular tub, but that of the material it is made of. I am very happy to be able to share my opinion about this wonderful tub. When I was shopping I couldn't find any reviews of this brand, but I took a chance that worked.

Our Aquatic Serenity Air tub was delivered to the curb with a lift gate. The driver had a small fork lift and helped to get the delivery into our garage. He was very professional and helpful. The tub was delivered in mint condition with absolutely no issues. Aquatic help line assisted with a few minor questions about installation. We are very pleased with our choice of tub and saved over $1000.00 by buying from Quality Bath. I would most definitely buy from Quality Bath again in the future.

We did an enormous amount of research prior to selecting this tub. We had very specific requirements, relative to Number of Jets, Placement, and Power. Aquatic made the grade on all of our Must have requirements on paper. In reality, while it is an excelent product, it does not achieve some of the claims made by their marketing materials. Pros: It is stylish, Large, deep and comfortable, it has well placed jets and a very nice integrated neck pillow. Cons: The design does not allow for a undermount install. The drop in install can not be achieved easily due to the design of the component placement below, exceeding the top lip of the tub. This necessiates a two piece top, instead of a top without a seam. The controll solinoids, are loud and clunky ( does not add to the relaxation). It comes with cromatherapy at no additional cost, but there realy should be two lights not one. The controlls are not easy to use. I'm comparing this tub to a Bain Ultra we have with a much better controll system. We opted for the Air Bath option, which would seem just fine, if you never used a Bain Ultra System. I'm just trying to share all of our experiences. I would buy this tub again, because I think it was the best for our specific needs. As for the buying experience, Dov at Quality Bath was amazing. The Prices were fantastic!!! The service was quick efficient and knowledgable. This is the only place I would purchase these products now and in the future.

This purchase was a replacement for an identically-sized Aquatic jacuzzi tub. Previous owners of our home didn't take care of the jacuzzi unit, so my husband and I decided to replace it with the same tub, only not with the jacuzzi. The tub is high-quality and looks great in our master bath. I'd love to have had another jacuzzi, but use bubble bath, which is a no-no for jacuzzis and air baths. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Customer service was very helpful to make the right choice on the bathtub which I was looking for. The delivery was on time with no damages. I am still working on the installation of the bathtub but I can not wait to enjoy it.

This bath tub is beautiful. It is a very well priced tub with air jets. I have had more expensive brands in the past and this one is just as good.

The tub had a slight defect and someone came and repaired it right away. We have had the tub for 8-months and love the comfort and features. After a hard day of work it is so relaxing and soothing and we would not like to be without it. I would highly recommend this whirlpool and airbath.

I love, love, love serenity 15 Hotsoak!!! We recently remodeled our master bed and bath. We had planned on placement of the tub in the middle of the room. We had not heard any reviews but a soaker just made sense to me. This tub fits my body so well, keeps the water so warm, and has taken bathing to the next level!! Love, love, love it!!! Thanks!!!!

Found this to be the best quality and feature rich whirlpool/air tub available. Quiet too! Very pleased with it. Get fill spout.
