First Bidet Toilet

My wife absolutely loves the Toto Neorest NX1. She is currently utilizing every option included in the bidet toilet. She has request to install one in her craft room restroom. The unit appears well made and easy to set personal settings.

A very happy purchase.

After years of periodically replacing cheap toilet seats that would loosen, crack, or wear out quickly, we finally upgraded to the TOTO Washlet S7A and the difference has been huge. The build quality feels premium, installation was straightforward, and features like the heated seat, adjustable wash settings, automatic lid, and warm air dryer quickly became everyday comforts we didn’t realize we were missing. What really stands out is how durable and thoughtfully designed everything feels compared to the disposable seats we used before. It was definitely an investment, but one our household agrees was absolutely worth it. The bidet has all the bells and whistles you could possibly need. Oh, it’s easy to install, too.

Great product. Easy to install and use

Reasonable price for this washlet. Has all the features needed. Much more expensive than the simple attachments, but you get warmed water, adjustable spray and so much more. For me it is worth it to have a real washlet and Toto is the best.

Wonderful Luxury Purchase

It took some getting used to, but I truly love it now. Would recommend a bidet for anyone interested and this one if you want all the bells and whistles. And I used almost all of them.

Pleased with Toto S5 and QualityBath

My wife and I have been very pleased with the S5 bidet. It allows you set many features (seat temperature, spray temperature and intensity, air dryer temperature, etc.) and you can program up to 4 personal presettings. The remote control mounts on the wall, so you don't have to reach down and fiddle with it. I was initially skeptical of the +EWATER feature, but it really does seem to reduce the frequency for toilet bowl cleaning and maintenance -- after each use the bidet sprays a mild dilute acid created by electrolyzing the chlorine or chloromines in the water supply (I suspect this would not work if you are on well water). The only (small) drawback is that the deodorizer can be a little loud if someone uses the bidet in an adjacent bathroom in the middle of the night, but this can be shut off. The price at QualityBath was very competitive and the service and shipping were excellent. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

The best toliets ever! Love this purchase just as if I was in Japan.

Great product at a good price and fast delivery. The inline heater is the way to go, never run out of warm water. Great design for easy removal from the toilet with a push of a side button to easily clean behind and underneath (between the porcelain and the plastic) easier than every regular toilet seat that I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Life changing

Great product!

This replaced my older Neorest units which was working fine after 21 years of service, but lack of parts was the reason to replace with RS Dual Flush. I simply love it. The unit has many subtle improvements overall including how the wand is managed. I highly recommend the product.

I like it a lot

This is a nice bidet seat. It has several features that i appreciate. The heated seat and water are nice. The proximity sensor is spotty but i think it's due to the bidet learning when the toilet is likely to be used. Ours arrived with many scratches/scuffs on top of the cover. I've read about this in other reviews.

The Washlet is an improvement from our last model. The pre-spraying of the bowl definitely helps to keep the bowl clean.

Wonderful toilet

I love this toilet. One feature I was really happy about is that the toilet circulates extra water after use, essentially self cleaning, and avoiding some of the issues of other low flow toilets.

A must have that makes life that much better

I’ve traveled the world and it wasn’t until Japan and Bali did we fall in love with the Neorest line. A staple of any ultra luxurious resort, it simply makes life that much better. Aman Resorts worldwide, Ritz Reserve, and most luxury resorts in Japan are among the locations one can vacation with a clean bottom.

I highly recommend the Toto Neorest model for anyone looking for a high quality bidet toilet for their home. Quality Bath had a fair price and delivered quickly from east coast to west coast without any issues.

I love my Toto Neorest toilet. I have it in my Florida home and seriously considering getting one for my New York home. As I leave my Florida home for a few months, I shut the water off, flush it and unplug it. To always keep it safe. It’s such a great value to me and a beautiful added edition in my bathroom. Bought the neorest before the tariffs kicked in and could not be more pleased. Quality is outstanding, and all the parts/pieces appear to be accounted for. Waiting for final installation. So looking forward to using this, as we used them in Japan, and were sold on the washlets.

Very nice toilet. Pricy but good quality. It's actually fun to use.

Wonderful product. Pricy, but you won't regret it. Once you start using it, you won't want to use an ordinary toilet any more. I bought two of these toilets one year ago. They're wonderful. I still have the same roll of toilet paper that I had a year ago. It's somewhere in a bathroom cabinet. No need for it. The toilet keeps itself fresh and clean by periodically rinsing itself. It heats the seat so it's warm at night. It opens and shuts its lid by itself. I haven't touched it in months. It's very customizable. You can set the spray nozzle position and temperature and pressure and dozens of other values. Beware that changing settings is not easy. The instructions are poorly written and hard to follow.

This is by far the best value on a Neorest Toto. I love the features and having these toilets in my condo! 5/5 recommend and would purchase again

Toto makes my favorite toilets

Love it. Seat could be a little large . I do not recommend the push buttons to flush, they don’t always work& plastic parts seem cheap

Changed my life.

We are so happy we purchased this toilet. It is amazing. It is great for homes on a septic system because we use no paper. It is and does everything it claims. The staff at Quality Bath were so helpful and responsive. I just wish I had one at work now. You don’t know what you have been missing until you have one. If you have health issues, it is a must to not have to wash off. The settings make it easy to be comfortable or spoiled.

I’ve owned lots of these amazing washlets over the years and this one is no exception/ and Quality Bath is great to work with!

So fresh and so clean!

I previously had the Washlet C2 but went for the S7 when renovating my new home. This is a great addition, looks very sleek, and works extremely well. 10/10 recommend.

Great addition to my home

I could not be happier with this unit. Its very comfortable and works great. Only one drawback is the seat presence sensor is on the side, so sometimes if you lean off the side, it prematurely flushes. It fits well in a more standard location than the nx1 does, and my kids prefer it over the nx1.

I love this toilet! It is worth the extra money to get all the additional features this toilet has. Our other Toto is cheaper and I would definitely get the more expensive one. Quality bath got it here on time and in perfect condition. I was careful to inspect it before signing. A great experience.

I have had this toilet for about a month. It uses so little water, great for my septic. No clogging even when I really thought it would. And it’s almost like having a self cleaning oven. The sanagloss is apparently high fired ceramic, so it is not toxic and not bleading nonstick chemicals into the water. It always looks clean. Very green.

I purchased my Toto toilet from Quality Bath and could not be more pleased with how it looks in my bathroom. I have been telling all my friends if they need any items for their bath or kitchen this is the place to go.
