the product arrived in good condition, however we were not able to use it. the rim mount tub filler was not appropriate for the tub we had purchased. five stars was rewarded because QB helped us return and gain our refund for this product...customer service was excellent.
It certainly pays to shop around. I saw the same handsome sink at a large kitchen/bath plumbing store for $185... but paid only $117 at QualityBath.com including free shipping. Can't wait to see it installed!
After a bit of searching out I found this kit which was exact replacement for what was there and the customer was very happy to have the Master bath tub back in working condition. Delivery was quick.
