Yes, you can use this faucet as an out door faucet but you would need to drain it come winter time.

You will order the GCD with Ceramic Disc Stem to get the one that is pictured. It has an 8" spout reach.

The picture shown is actually the polished brass which is uncoated - it starts off shiny and will age over time to look like the faucet in the photo.
