The countertop is drilled with 3 holes for an eight inch widespread.

We bought this without the countertop, sinks and fixtures. The cabinate is exactly what we were looking for! The finish and design are top notch and the construction is solid. In fact just trying to move this is difficult because it is very heavy because of it's solid materials. The drawers and doors move beautifully and have quality hardware. This is really a well built and beautiful piece of furniture!
