Q:It lists the height of this cabinet as 34 inches. Does that include the backsplash? If not how tall is the cabinet with the included rectangular quartz sink and backsplash?

Just the vanity base is 34 inches tall. The quartz countertop adds another 1.4 inches and the backsplash is another 4.9 inches to the height.

Q:The Avanity 36' Navy bathroom vanity comes with matte gold hardware correct? That is what is shown in the picture, but description states brushed nickel. I was going to purchase the matte gold faucet that comes in the collection, but I wanted to ensure the vanity itself will have the same matte gold hardware pulls.

Correct, the navy comes with matte gold hardware, the other 2 colors come with satin nickel hardware.
