The countertop comes pre-drilled with three holes for an eight inch widespread.

This is a beautiful vanity. High quality. Top drawers are shallow and tilt out; bottom drawers are full drawers. The only thing to be careful about is making sure the sink leaves enough space for the top drawers to close. I got rectangular sinks & the overflow drain was slightly too big for the drawers to completely close; we had to sand the interior corners just a bit.
