Q:What is the warm-up time and temperature range of this model? I'm looking for a chrome/polished nickle wall-mounted warmer for my master bath. I prefer programmable/with an automatic shut-off feature. My wall is narrow so the warmer must be 20 inches or less wide. Thank you.
