The tub looks nice but that's as far as it goes. The water is either hot or cold, the mixer does not work so you need to ride the temp until the tub is filled. A warm bath lasts no time at all and you cannot comfortably adjust the temp without scorching yourself. One of the two jet pulse controllers doesn't function at alll. No response at all from multiple attempts to contact customer service. We built a small bathroom around this tub so I'll need to take a sledge hammer to it if I ever replace it with a functional tub.
