Buyer Beware!! I purchased a Aquatic infinity 9 in may 2018. I didn’t install it until June of 2019. After getting it installed, I found out that nothing worked. Chroma therapy light was broken, blower was broken, main board was broken and there were 2 leaking jets. They refuse to help even though everything is under warranty. They said everything is broken because I damaged it or it was damaged shipping and its not their problem. This was a very expensive tub and this customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
