I was designing a new bathroom to fit within the footprint of existing space. I didn't have a huge amount of room for one of the enormous tubs that you see in some of the magazines so I set out to find a freestanding, air jet, tub that was on the compact side. The Aquatic Serenity 13 was perfect. It is very high quality construction. I ordered it with a chrome drain, which is very heavy duty. I did have a problem with a leak in the overflow drain. If I recall, it was leaking from a connection that was intended to be permanent and the plumbers couldn't fix it. Quality Bath and Aquatic were wonderful in analyzing the problem, sending a replacement, and offering to pay for the extra plumber expense. I could not have been happier with their Customer Service. The installation was flexible enough to let us hide the blower in a nearby closet. The jets work fine and clean themselves a few minutes after you turn them off and drain the tub. The size works perfectly for me since I'm about 5'2". I am very comfortable sitting in the tub. The water level is nice and deep and I don't slip. The only slight negative is that the tub doesn't keep the water warm for very long, but I don't think this is an issue with this particular tub, but that of the material it is made of. I am very happy to be able to share my opinion about this wonderful tub. When I was shopping I couldn't find any reviews of this brand, but I took a chance that worked.

Our Aquatic Serenity Air tub was delivered to the curb with a lift gate. The driver had a small fork lift and helped to get the delivery into our garage. He was very professional and helpful. The tub was delivered in mint condition with absolutely no issues. Aquatic help line assisted with a few minor questions about installation. We are very pleased with our choice of tub and saved over $1000.00 by buying from Quality Bath. I would most definitely buy from Quality Bath again in the future.
