We are repeat customers having owned 2 Millennium tubs (same model) and 2 whirlpool tubs. the Millennium 10 we bought 6 years ago looked like a million bucks! We did not order the metal jets on either tub. This tub is missing the round covers that go over the air holes and the control panel is difficult to read and looks like a rectangle piece of plastic. Our other control panel was oval and had a nice metal edging. The jets look like plastic junk, our other jets although fiberglass looked strong and nice. We are very unhappy with the looks of this tub. Had I seen it before I bought it (shame on me for assuming you kept the same standards in your tub manufacturing) we never would have spent the money on this. We could of had a name brand one with the same features, that looked rich and luxurious, for 1/2 the price. Unfortunately we will not be repeat customers for our other build jobs. I gave it two stars because it works.
