The Quadro towel warmers are made in Italy and have a thicker gauge stainless steel and a 3 year warranty versus the Radiant that is made in China and only has a 2 year warranty.

The Radiant has an average temp of 149. It's made in China. The Sirio is made in Italy and has a temperature adjustment capability that change it between 9 different temperatures. The metal and the cable on the Sirio is made more heavy duty than the Radiant.
