I have to report that the towel warmer takes so long to heat up that I don??t use it. It looks nice and I use it as a towel rack and a hand rail, but that is all. I think in order to be practical it should take no more than 10 minutes for it to heat up. Since it is hard wired once it was installed I could not really remove it or replace it without much cost and inconvenience.
