Good quality construction. Good looking after installed. Still looks good despite deterioration mentioned below. Was hoping to augment baseboard heat with a heated towel rack. This rack was going into a bathroom renovation of a crazy closet-conversion bathroom under sloping celings. Unfortunately, the only spot where the rack could be installed limited its size to the lower BTU output models, such as this one. As expected, not much heat output, but it does dry small towels and washcloths fine. If you truly want good heat output or warmed bathsheet-sized towels, you will need a bigger model than this. Chrome finish is the wrong choice, combo of heat and wet is already (after 9 months) causing chrome finish to show signs of deterioration.
