Q:The specification section on the web page for this plug-in warmer says "Programable Yes". How is this possible? There is mention only of an ON/OFF switch on the bottom, so how is it programable?

Q:On thecAmba Swivel Jill Swivel Towel Warmer- 37" H - J-B004 to get the mount on the left side do you just turn the unit upside down? The on / off switch would then be on top - Correct? or do you order left or right mount? Do all 4 of the U-channels swivel independently. Can move one without moving out the other 3?

It can be swiveled 180' left or right so it can be mounted either left or right.

Yes, each arm swivels independently. There is a switch on the bottom of the vertical bar.
