I have owned this faucet for 11 months now. It was easy to install. Has worked perfectly until now- 11 months later. The spring that changes the water flow from spray to stream has been frozen on spray. It will not go back to stream, the spring must be broken inside. I love the faucet and hope Vigo will replace the nozzle. It definitely gives the wow factor to your kitchen.
I love this faucet. It was easy to install and works great. Everything about is is high quality. The counterweight on the hose gently slides it make into place easily and perfectly every time. If you're looking for a good, affordable, pull out faucet this is absolutely one to consider. Aesthetically, it's beautiful. I have a modern kitchen with a lot of chrome and bamboo finishing and it fits in really well.
