We have been using our ThermaSol Steam shower for a bit over a week and it has been wonderful. The controls are very easy to operate and it takes less than a minute or so when the unit is turned on to generate the steam. The other nice feature we love is that you can flavor the steam using pure oils. That has worked out very well. Our general contractor installed the unit with his contracted plumber. The new unit was not working property (not at all) so he had to contact ThermaSol. Apparently they were extremely cooperative and sent him a diagnosis kit overnight. The diagnosis proved that there was something defective in the unit so they arranged to send a new one pronto. Kudos to ThermaSol for their excellent customer service.
