MysonAvonmore Hydronic Towel WarmerCOS85

Happy to comment on the Myson Towel warmer we bought from Quality Bath last year. We recently finally got around to installing the towel warmer in a new master bathroom. It utilizes a designated pump running glycol from our in-floor heating system powered by an outdoor wood boiler thus it gets very hot fast and does a great job of quickly warming 1-2 bath towels while you shower. A few negatives on the product. Thew towel warmer appears well built. It is not great for our bathroom decor but we weren't about to spend $600 to get a oil rubbed bronze warmer and thus went with the white option which doesn't exactly match. The install was fairly easy but took much longer than other Myson products we have in the house (panel radiators). The fittings where the water, glycol in our case, come into the towel warmer were very hard to work with. We determined the problem to be the o-rings were much smaller than they should have been and a tight seal was not being made. After switching to larger o-rings which were thicker the leaks were fixed. This process took a lot longer than it should have if proper o-rings were supplied. Other than the tricky install and mismatch of colors we are happy with the towel warmer.

We are happy with our Myson purchase. It was as described and has been working without issues. The purchase through Quality Bath was also problem free.
