Overall I am happy with the tub and would suggest the brand to others.

First off let me say what a pleasure it was to buy from Quality Bath. Easy to use website, email questions answered quickly, quick and safe shipping - I would certainly recommend your website to others! As for the MAXX tub, I am enjoying it. I also have an outdoor hot tub, the force of the jets in the MAXX (and I suppose most other) tub is certainly not the same as an outdoor tub, so I would caution buyers about that fact. That said the MAXX tub provides soothing therapy and is confortable. I am 6 foot 1 inches tall and fit in the tub just fine, though if i were to purchase another tub I would probably buy a more rectangle one to allow me to stretch out completely in the tub. One of the reasons I purchased the MAXX tub was the depth, it has alomst 19 inches if i recall from the bottom to the overflow, which sounded good to me, however I have found that that was to the middle of the overflow, so the water level is still a bit lower than what I want. The MAXX tub has a 'one size fits all' control panel. If you do not have the air jets or chroma therapy, there are a bunch of unused buttons. I would suggest to MAXX that they develop tub / option specific control panels or at least different overlays that can match the functions of the tub. Also, I strongly suggest that they develop a user controlled temperature function. I was told by MAXX that the tub was set at 106 or 104 degrees from the factory, and that I could not change that setting. It would be nice, as on an outdoor hottub, to be able to change the temperature if I wanted to, or turn the heater off completely while still having the motor operating. The MAXX tub also has a few control knobs to turn on or off the bubbles and the back jets. I find these extremely hard to turn as the indent is very small for someone with bigger hands, and they are even harder to use when wet. The Maxx tub is the first spa tub I have ever purchased. I had never heard of the MAXX brand before finding it on the QB website. I purchased that tub based on the online picture and options description, dimensions and price. Overall I am happy with the tub and would suggest the brand to others. I do have suggestions on how MAXX could improve their products in the future - noted above.
