Jack great through the entire process. He knows the products and the manufacturers. It's taken close to a year to have this installed, there was a small problem. Jack remembered my order and gave me instructions on how to proceed on the first call. Highly recommend and next time I buy a high-end product like this one, I'll do it through Quality Bath.
