The countertop is made of the same material as the vanity. It does not come drilled or with cut outs for sink. It can be specified at the time of order and Duravit will accommodate.

Duravit vanities are made of high compressed 3 ply chipboard, and then coated with the desired finish. The vanity includes the top with cut out for sink (as chosen). The vanity will not come pre-installed with the sink, however.
