The faucet is beautiful. However, I found no mechanism to pivot the faucet side to side. It appears that it was designed to be stationary or to pivot crudely on the countertop. My granite is too expensive to chance it standing up to that kind of treatment so I was out to the big box store at 6am to buy whatever I could find on the day the counter was installed. I went with a well designed Delta and am happy. The pricey Blanco faucet is installed in my laundry room on formica with a single bowl sink. Nice but I would not have planned to spend so much on a laundry room sink.
