Replacement faucet spout
I placed a large order with Quality Bath for plumbing fixtures for a Master Bath remodel that I am having done. 5 weeks after my order, and prior to the beginning of construction, I was inspecting my Altmans bathtub faucet, and found an nick in it caused by one of the other parts in the shipping box. Although I was out of the standard exchange policy window, Quality Bath contacted Altmans and arranged for an exchange. Kudos!
