Exceptional Service at a very reasonable price
After buying the Blanco sink, I called the service department the next day to find out the status of the order. I learned that the item will be shipped to me in about 2 to 3 weeks normally. I told the service representative that would be too late. She immediately offered to help me searching for other partner suppliers/carriers of the same item and she found it. She arranged to ship the item out and told me it would be in my house in about 2 to 3 days. Instead I received the whole order the next day via FedEx without any extra charges. You can't even get this kind of service at local stores. This is definitely a WOW experience. Quality Bath, keep it up and you are definitely a winner in the online business.
