Love the way the faucet looks, but the mounting parts supplied are not sufficiently long to accommodate a 3cm countertop. When I called Watermark, they indicated that I would need either thin out my marble counter underneath or to place a special order through the retailer to design and manufacture a part to accommodate a 3 cm countertop. Ugh. Found it easier to go to the hardware store and purchase a longer stainless steal threaded rod.
