      I would not recommend the Mr. Steam towel warmer Model is W248WH, Series 200 Towel Warmer with Curved Crossbars-48" H x 20" W x 4-1/4". The hardware received was not what is shown in the installation instructions nor does it fit properly between the bars. This resulted in the brackets facing slightly up or down and pitching in due to the curve of the towel warmer bars. It’s difficult at best to properly secure it perpendicular to a wall. Once the unit was mounted and operating about a week I noticed oil leaking which stained my new carrara marble floor. I contacted the manufacturer by phone several times and sent photos by e-mailing but no alternate hardware was available.
