Victoria and Albert does have a warranty, see below a link to their site for more details. http://vandabaths.com/us/americas/product-registration/ The tub weight (empty) is 150 lbs. The overflow side is the side where the drain would be, so it depends on your plumbing. We don't do any lower in price on Victoria & Albert products as we are already at a low (and keep in mind that we don't charge shipping).

ENGLISHCAST is made from finely ground volcanic limestone mixed with resin. As the stone-rich alternative to both cast iron and acrylic it is 100% one piece, hand finished and packed with naturally desirable properties. It can fill 74 gallons of Water.
