Electric and Hydronic Towel Warmers

Electric Towel Warmers

Electric towel warmers are simple to install and are efficient, safe and reliable. The easiest electric towel warmer to install is a floor mounted plug in warmer, such as the Myson Pearl Electric Floor Mount Towel Warmer FPRL08. These freestanding towel warmers don't require any screws or holes drilled into the wall and plug into a standard 120V outlet.

You can also buy wall mounted electric towel warmers that plug into the wall. These require a bit more effort to install but no electrical work.





Amba Electric hardwired towel warmer Electric towel warmers can also be hardwired, such as the Amba Antus Towel Warmer A-2060. Hardwired towel warmers have the advantage of concealing the wiring within the wall and do not need to be installed near an outlet. You can also attach a hardwired electric towel warmer to a light switch, making it easy to turn on and off.

Some hydronic towel warmers are self-contained and circulate oil or a water and glycol mixture. The liquid is heated by a built-in element and circulated throughout the towel warmer.

Hydronic towel warmers have similar safety features as electric towel warmers. Hydronic towel warmers have built-in controls to prevent it from becoming too hot and will turn on and off automatically, much like a hot water heater.

Many models, such as the Wesaunard Futurama 1, comes in hardwired, hydronic or plug in versions. Simply specify what kind of heating type you'd like when ordering.
