Quality Bath ROCKS!!! We ordered a sink through QualityBath and I did not realize we needed an additional hole drilled until a few days after I ordered the sink. The customer service lady was great. Even though our original sink had already arrived at the warehouse, she ordered another one without charging me a restocking fee.. She was also very helpful in helping choose where the hole needed to go..Their website was easy to navigate, delivery time was quick, about a week, they have an excellent return policy and an awesome customer service center. I will definately refer this site to anyone interested in buying their type of products. |

I found this company after very poor service from a competitor. I had ordered the same product from the competitor who listed the sink as in stock. 8 days later, we still had no shipping info because they had not shipped it yet and didn''t even have it in stock.
So, we ordered from Quality Bath. I don''t have the product yet, but I am immediately impressed with the service. I placed the order this a.m. via telephone. Before I hung up the phone I had an order confirmation via email. By 1500 hrs, we had shipping details including the FedEx tracking number.

I found that out as I watched the Fedex guy the box with the Fragile stickers on all sides off the back of the truck onto my driveway. As I saw that I thought oh my ! We received our sink in 4 days!!!! So easy, best price...we remodeled our kitchen in 2003, bought our Blanco double sink for $552 from our local plumbing co. Then we moved to a bigger home and remodeled the kitchen in 2006 and put in the same sink, it was now up to $572. So now in 2008, we are being relocated and again must remodel the kitchen, and I do love my same Blanco double 10" deep, 18 gage sink, model # 511-577, platinum undermount , but this time went on line and found the best price at Quality Bath. for $455, free shipping!!! I ordered it on March 4, it shipped out on March 10, and I received it on Friday, March 14!!!Right to my door step!!!

Unbelievable! I received my Blanco sink today via FedEx - just three days after it was ordered. It was shipped from New Jersey to Iowa during this very busy Christmas season. We were scheduling a remodeling kitchen project before the end of the year - replacing our existing sink and countertops. The sink we had chosen sometime ago was not in stock at our local authorized dealers and we were told on Monday of this week that they could not get one for several weeks until after the first of the year and that would be at additional shipping costs. I am a senior citizen and not the best computer user, but I got online and found Quality Bath - an authorized dealer. They had the sink in their warehouse, and with the help of Customer Service, the order was placed that day, picked up by FedEx and detailed emails sent tracking shipping, etc. All this was done smoothly, pleasantly and efficiently - no shipping costs, no sales costs and at a considerable savings! We have had three orders for fixtures for an additon to our circa 1800 farm house. We wanted Herbeau products, (Made in France). Quality Bath was able to 1) get us great prices, beating the local sources by 25+ percent. 2) Quality bath had immediate contact with the US Herbeau source in Florida, and could get us timely data on shipping, et. 3) the products came to us via UPS, were very well packed, and in undamaged condition. We will continue to use Quality Bath ! |

I received my tub in less than 10 days, always had a live person to speak to when I had a question (I had tons of questions) and everyone was courteous ALL of the time.
