We are delighted with our experiences with QualityBath. In all, we have placed seven separate orders for such items as an Aquatic air tub, two Oceana sinks, a Newport Brass handheld shower, and four Hansgrohe faucets. We have been so pleased with our purchases AND with the service we have received. We have all heard horror stories about etailers who charge your card but never ship any merchandise; that old runaround is NOT an aerobic activity, and we did not want to play that game. We found no games at QualityBath but we did score big in terms of savings, service, and satisfaction. Their lead time request form helped us determine availability and projected shipping dates. Only one item was backordered by the manufacturer; we were notified immediately and given the chance to change our order. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found QualityBath, and now you can consider yourselves lucky too! |

I recently called to check on a lead time for a kitchen faucet. The phone response was quick and lead time estimate quoted appeared to be close to date needed. I received several emails following the processing and shipping. The faucet arrived 5 days before the date inquired about. Thanks for a great online experience! Incredible customer service (and great prices!) |

I placed a large order for Duravit bathroom fixtures and furniture. On arrival, I could see that there was some damage to the tub support frame. I contacted the sales person that had given me the quote and was put in touch with Janet in returns. She got the parts I needed shipped from Duravit very quickly and the tub was made right. Although the other boxes looked in fine shape, I opened everything up and looked over the outside of all the pieces and noted no other damage before setting things aside.
Fast forward OVER FOUR MONTHS, after framing, plumbing, electrical, tiling a whole new bathroom from scratch and we are finally putting the finishing touches on the room with a Duravit medicine cabinet and a large storage cabinet for towels. It turned out that exactly those surfaces I hadn't fully inspected on arrival were damaged: a mirror on the *inside* of a medicine cabinet door was broken and the solid *bottom* panel of the storage cabinet was smashed in even though both boxes were pristine. Although I am sure the terms of sale obligated Quality Bath to do nothing for me at all, I sent Janet a message with pictures explaining what had happened and asked whether they would be able to help me in any way. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask and at least I should be able to get a line on a replacement mirror door instead of having to buy a whole new medicine cabinet. Janet was really very kind to me, reassuring even, and didn't give me a hard time at all about not having checked the shipment carefully enough earlier. More amazing, though, was the fact that Janet negotiated with Duravit to send me replacements at no charge. I am nearly speechless.
Most reputable places have customer service that is tied to a policy and is good up to that line. Very few places and even fewer online vendors have the kind of customer service that treats you like a person and makes accommodations for situations like the above. As long as Quality Bath delivers this kind of service (thanks, Janet!) I'll never shop for the items they carry anywhere else. (I'll also check things over more carefully in the future!!)

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Delivery |

My wife and I are building our "dream house" and we both wanted a beautiful Houzer sink for the kitchen. We ordered one at a "big box" store but were later told that they couldn't get it for 2 weeks later than they promised. We needed it before they could get it for us, so we cancelled the order and I frantically looked online for another source. I came upon Qualitybath.com and are we glad I did. Sink was ordered 9 PM Halloween night. The next day, when I discovered that Quality Bath and Houzer were both located in coastal NJ, I called to check on my order. Jack answered our call and assured us that we would have the sink by the next Friday, despite all of the problems caused by Hurricane Sandy. Both Jack and his associate, Miri, followed up later with us and checked the status of our order to make sure everything was all OK. Bottom line, thanks to the efforts of Jack and Miri and the professionalism of Quality Bath, our sink arrived save, sound and beatiful in York, ME on Wednesday early afternoon via UPS. Less than one week after I ordered it, despite Sandy! Thank you for "saving the day" for our kitchen. I would definitely order from Quality Bath again - AND their price for the sink was the lowest I could find on the internet, with FREE shipping!! |

I want to acknowledge the superior service I have received from Naomi for the past 2 months. I completely renovated my bathroom and Naomi was truly amazing!! She helped explain various components of what I was ordering - made sure I included everything needed. Took extra steps to ensure that everything would work in conjunction with one another. When an item I orderd went on back order (without a ship date outlined) she worked to find another product that would look right with my set up. Unfortunately, the beautiful Whitehaus farmhouse kitchen sink I ordered for my client at an incredibly low price from Quality Bath came slightly cracked. Fortunately, when I called, I was put in touch with Janet in customer service! After receiving emailed photos of the crack, she replaced the sink for free (while the original shipping was free, we did have to pay to reship-not unreasonable.)Over the course of a couple of weeks, Janet always consistently responded to my emails quickly (and there were quite a few) in a completely professional, friendly, and helpful manner. She updated me on shipping numerous times, and the replacement sink arrived a day early. Even with a few hiccups along the way, I would absolutely order from Quality Bath again and recommend this website to my friends and clients. The Blanco soap dispenser I ordered arrived even sooner than promised. The brand new dispenser came in the original manufacturer's box, which was then mailed in a larger box. The dispenser's bright chrome finish was gleaming, and everything appeared to be perfect . . . until I tried pumping it. Even though the soap receptacle was filled with dish soap, the dispenser required many pumps to get any action each time I tried to use it. I called Quality Bath and asked if they would send out a new plastic spring mechanism for it. "No problem," they said. But instead of simply sending a new spring, they immediately sent me a whole new $$$ dispenser. That certainly solved the problem! |

We recently purchased a Robern medicine cabinet from QualityBath as part of a bathroom upgrade project. This is a relatively expensive item and my shopping indicated a fairly long lead time. QualityBath offered a very competitive price and the item was delivered here in Colorado 10 days after order placement. Following installation, we found an imperfection in a corner of one of the mirrored doors.
A call to QualityBath resulted in a replacement door being delivered one week later.
I found the order placement, shipment tracking, and customer service of QualityBath to be very professional and completely satisfactory.

I placed a large order with Quality Bath for plumbing fixtures for a Master Bath remodel that I am having done. 5 weeks after my order, and prior to the beginning of construction, I was inspecting my Altmans bathtub faucet, and found an nick in it caused by one of the other parts in the shipping box. I purchased a Saniplus toilet to be used in a garage where it is not a downhill run to the septic tank. I ran the piping overhead and out of the building. This unit works great and I would highly recommend it when you have a downstairs or other situation where you can not have a gravity feed to the sewer system. The unit was expertly packed but had some damage on the front (to me it appeared to be damage that occurred prior to shipping). I called Quality Bath, explained the situation and provided pictures. Within two business days my situation was resolved and a new unit was shipped (no charges whatsoever!). When I called QualityBath.com, I expected a standard, run of the mill experience. Instead, what I got was a level of professionalism, dedication, and communication seldom found on the internet. My sales rep., Dov, spent SO MUCH time talking me through all of the options and sold me what was BEST for me....not what was best for the company. He advised me honestly and with candor.
I have a local connection for plumbing supplies in Miami because I run a school. Despite my SERIOUS connection, I chose to deal with Dov. He treated me better than my local dealer during face-to-face meetings....and my local dealer is a friend!!!

I love my new Grohe Ladylux kitchen faucet, which is worlds better than the "major brand" faucet that it replaces. Not only is it a beautiful piece of modern sculpture, it is operationally exquisite. The control of the water, the feel of actuating the lever, the precise spray patterns all speak QUALITY. This faucet feels like it will last a lifetime, and it probably will. I tried ordering the showerhead from several other large on-line retailers but was told that it was out of stock and the lead-tiome was 2 -3 weeks. After buying the Blanco sink, I called the service department the next day to find out the status of the order. I learned that the item will be shipped to me in about 2 to 3 weeks normally. I told the service representative that would be too late. She immediately offered to help me searching for other partner suppliers/carriers of the same item and she found it. She arranged to ship the item out and told me it would be in my house in about 2 to 3 days. Instead I received the whole order the next day via FedEx without any extra charges. I was extremely pleased with all my dealings with Quality Bath!!! They were courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable with every detail of my orders. Additionally, they were able to advise/recommend when uncertain about things I might or might not need-and that's the reason most people go to a retailer instead.
In the end, I purchased most of my fixtures for my new bath, and saved thousands of dollars ordering through them!!!!
The only issue I had was that shipping did not always come as requested-with a signature required. It did arrive on time, however, and everything was shipped in excellent condition. |

We purchased 2 Blanco sinks and were told that they would ship in 10 days.
I spoke with Dov and explained that our granite was being cut on Friday 6-24. He checked and found the sinks and they were shipped today 6-21 and will arrive here on 6-23, the day before they are needed.

Not so. Quality Bath packaged this so amazingly well and with extremely serious protection. Best customer service, price and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more fragile items from them. Of course, you may want to inquire about estimated shipping time. I have owned this combo unit (Saniflo Sanibest - Sanibest Toilet) for over 2 years and still love it. I transformed my large walk-in basement closet into a great bathroom complete with tub, sink and toilet. The pump works great, it can empty the bath tub in about 12 pump cycles. The plumbing was easy to hook up and the instructions are helpful. The spare bathroom looks better then the original bathroom our house has. We used to be a one bathroom house and often stood in line to use it, not any more thanks to Quality bath and Sanibest. I saw one of the home improvement TV shows install this unit that sold me on it. Quality bath has the best price and shipping was pretty fast. Quality Bath is a 5 Star company for sure. WOW! I search the web for the items I needed, a Blanco sink, Hansgrohe faucet and two sink strainers. Quality Bath had the lowest price by far and the items I needed. The savings was so dramatic I had my doubts about ordering from them so I called them to assure myself they were for real. I spoke with Alan expressing my availability concerns due to a tight schedule for my kitchen remodel. Alan said he would verify with the manufacturers and get back to me, he did in less than 30 minutes confirming everything was available and would ship within a few days so I ordered the products.
To my disbelief before the day was over Blanco confirmed shipment. Three separate shipments from three different companies have been received without a glitch.
I haven't written a review before however I felt compelled to do so due to the great customer service and performance of Allan and his company.

Sara was the associate who helped me. Her professionalism and speed of service were some of the best I have ever experienced. We had a couple of issues with one manufacturer's and lead times - she did her absolute best to cure the situation - and did so in a creative way. I placed 4 orders over a period of time - Sara handled them all exceptionally well.
Sara always made me feel a valued customer, would quickly remember me and my order(s) and even recognize my voice after a while. This is rare today.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service at QualityBath.com. I ordered a Toto toilet and perfectionist that I am there were two very small brown spots in the glaze of the white toilet bowl that probably would have driven me crazy (plus I didn't want guests to think I didn't clean the bowl!!!) I told Janet I hadn't decided whether or not to exchange, but wanted to call within the 24 hour limit for exchanging defective products. She encouraged me to exchange, in order to be 100% satisfied. UPS came right to my door to get the defective bowl. The next bowl came very quickly but unfortunately the color was whiter/brighter than the tank and I felt it was not a good match. Again, Janet was super about the situation and a replacement was sent out immediately. Within two days I had my new, matching, defect-free toilet bowl (third time a charm). No hassle exchangesI am thrilled. |

I ordered a Whithaus farmhouse sink from QualityBath.com on October 11th, and it was on my doorstep on October 14th. It was very well-packed (box within a box, and spray foam between the two), and the sink arrived in perfect condition! It seems, too, that there are usually 5% off sales over the weekends, so order then! I had ordered right at the cut-off time (9 a.m. Monday), and had a problem with the payment page showing the sale price, and then the actual submitted invoice showing the regular price. I called QualityBath.com and they immediately changed my invoice to the sale price. Great service and delivery...I would definitely order from QualityBath.com again! |

After laboriously choosing my tub/shower fixtures one night, I called QualityBath. the next day to check on expected ship dates. Alas, my choices were all out of stock! I would have to choose something else. This turned out to be a challenge, but Naomi (who, btw, picked up right away no phone menu to sit through!) patiently suggested one item number after another to check, and would have me hang up periodically while she let herself sit on hold with various companies to see what THEIR ship dates would be. She always got right back to me. For two hours, we did this, until I finally found something I loved and that was in stock. And then Naomi got me an additional discount that I hadn't even expected the shower/bath equipment ended up costing less than my sink fixtures (which I also had ordered very successfully and inexpensively through QualityBath.com). After reading some of the reviews of this seller concerning order delays, I was a bit hesitant to order the glass vessel sink that I wanted for fear that it might take several weeks to get it, but their price was the best of all that I researched, so I ordered the sink on the 4th of July by credit card as they were closed, and then followed up with a 'phone call on Tuesday and was told that it was on the wayand got it today, July the 8th!
The outside box was a bit damaged but the inside box was still intact. I knew it took a hard knock somewhere along the line tho because after I opened the inside box and removed the protective styrofoam cover on top of the sink I discovered that it had pushed through the end wall of the styrofoam and was lodged up against the end wall of the boxthe same end that was damaged on the outside boxwhew..I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that the sink was in perfect condition.
It's beautiful and I look forward to when it is finally installed. Better than the photo.

We decided to take the plunge and purchase all of our fixtures for our kitchen/bath remodel online. We chose QualityBath because of fantastic pricing, the extensive range of brands available, and great customer reviews. It has turned out to be a very positive experience! Three out of four of our products arrived in perfect condition and on time, while the fourth, a faucet shipped from Italy, arrived damaged. I called Janet at QualityBath, who immediately put a call in to the US distributor of the Italian brand. The distributor took it from there and arranged for us to have a new faucet sent from Italy ASAP, after requesting and looking at some photos of the damaged faucet and packaging. (The underlying cause of the damage to the faucet was due to poor packaging by the Italian manufacturer, not anything that QualityBath could have caused or prevented.) I had a very good experience ordering my Vanity through Quality Bath. And I saved over $300 by ordering through them verses the local vanity store. The only negative reviews from others was the lack of communication. So I took it upon myself to actually call the 800# at Quality Bath and they were very plesent and very helpful. The customer service rep explained how my order is shipped from the vendor to them and then they would ship out to me. She double checked it wasn't back ordered and then she gave me a general timeline. She did say the delivery company would contact me (they didn't) but I happen to be home when they delivered and my particular driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. It was much faster than I expected and a much better price that shopping at the local stores. |

I ordered a sink last week from Quality Bath. Given the price of the sink, I was reluctant to purchase such an item over the web. I received the sink a week later. I paid roughly half of what the sink would have cost me in a store like HomeDepot or Lowes (even though I like those stores). I received the sink today and I am VERY happy with it. The shipping was free and because I live out of state, I didn't have to pay sales tax. That's hard to beat! I will order from Quality Bath again FOR SURE! Ever been told that purchasing high-end items over the internet is a risky business, or been told by your local retailer that parts are unavailable? We've just spent the better part of last year working with QualityBath's, Sara Kugler completely outfitting two bathrooms and are amazed by the level of service she's given us. After searching locally for what we wanted, followed by an exhaustive search of the internet, Sara was able to provide us with everything on our list - in many cases, working directly with the manufacturer on items not found on QualityBath's website. This included solid wood vanities, lifetime brass fixtures, sinks, toilets, etc. Sara patiently answered all of our far too many questions and addressed all our concerns related to the quality of items purchased sight unseen over the internet - in several instances, replacing an item that arrived that in our opinion wasn't absolutely perfect. Wanting to make a decorative change in the plating on some handles for items she'd purchased four months earlier for us, she was even able to order the replacement parts! No retailer we've worked with locally has ever extended their service this far. In fact, we've always been told that besides the unseen risks of internet buying, the mark-up in price offsets any savings gained by free shipping and handling and no out-of-state tax. We found this to be quite the opposite, finding that in addition to Sara's incredible service, we saved on average about 30% over the cost of the exact same items priced locally.
If all of QualityBath's sales reps are as knowledgeable and service oriented as Sara, we can't understand why anyone would waste their time and money purchasing elsewhere.

We originally chose Quality bath for their lowest prices, but are coming back to them because of our great service experience. They are very easy to reach, they provide accurate status on your order, and when we had an issue they were work with us to resolve it in a very reasonable fashion.
And while sometimes, I can find something cheaper from another supplier, when I look at their internet customer services reviews, it becomes obvious I should just call up quality bath and ask for a price match instead of going somewhere else.
So I ask with any major project like a bathroom renovation where it is almost inevitable you will have issues, it is great to work with a supplier who will work with you to resolve them.

As I was rebuilding my master bathroom, I was attracted to Quality Bath exceptional selection and pricing. However, I long hesitated to place the order, as a full size whirlpool bathtub was involved as well as expensive Grohe and Hansgrohe plumbing supplies. After checking and rechecking references( actually phoning the bathtub manufacturer), I placed my order on Jan. 18th, 2010. Only one of the order was in stock I was quoted 2 weeks lead time on the other plumbing supplies and 2-3 weeks on the bathtub.
Here we are Feb. 3rd, 2010, and all of the items have been received and delivered, at no additional charge, in my 9th floor condo.
Billing occured as per quote and only when the items were shipped.
What an outstanding experience!!! I will definitely use Quality Bath again as I remodel my two other bathrooms. |

The staff was most helpful, readily available, and answered all questions regarding the product and the delivery. All came exactly as promised. She went out of her way to make a call to one of the manufacturers to check on a technical issue on a whirlpool tub that I was looking at. I purchased the dreamline DLVRB-133 sink set and it's beautiful! I just ordered it and got it so quickly. Great service, got e-mail status of my order and tracking # etc. The trucker called before arriving. He was very nice and actually cautious about safety since I live on a busy service road next to a major highway he parked around the corner. I never had a delivery driver do that before. The quality is amazing! I only wish you offer 0% financing for a few months so I can order more stuff since I am moving to a new home and buying everything new. This is the way to run a business. Ordered SaniBest with white elongated toilet and Toto soft close toilet seat online Sunday evening July 5.
The order was shipped Monday and received Tuesday July 7.
The seat was backordered and received about a week later.
I was pleased with the holiday discount.
All goods were received via UPS and in good condition.
My basement bathroom is framed out and wired and rough plumbed and the ceramic tile floor will be installed tomorrow. The drywall will then be installed and finished by the end of the week. Final installation and plumbing will be done early next week.
I will update when the project is completed.

I knew I had found the perfect vanity at Quality Bath, but was reluctant to order such an expensive piece site unseen. I was also debating between two finishes - one which was noted that "appeared darker than above image." That just wasn't enough for me to go on. While renovating the kitchen, the plumber thought the side sprayer was "leaking" after it was installed. I called Quality Bath (Janet), who arranged for a new Waterstone side spray to be delivered while I kept the old one in place, which I thought was extraordinarily considerate. My brother ended up looking at the sprayer and found a small amount of brass debris inside, cleaned it out and it works perfectly. Thankfully, I didn't need the new side spray. All of my Waterstone faucets and accessories work beautifully.
Nevertheless, the customer service I received from Quality Bath (Janet was my customer service rep) was exquisite. The service response from Waterstone was exquisite. My mom is re-doing her kitchen within the next year and I have two bathrooms to begin to renovate. I will not hesitate to work with both Quality Bath and Waterstone again. Both companies are absolutely top notch. Highly recommend without reservation. |

We purchased a Blanco sink and Hansgrohe faucet/soap. We found QB on a web search. Although I could have bought it on the web, I decided to speak to a "real person" to check a few details. I spoke to 2 different women (don't recall their names) and received the same, excellent service. Both had "hot lines" to the manufacturers and got the few questions they couldn't answer resolved super-quick. The products were delivered within hours (yes, less than a day) via UPS with shipping included. True I live one state over but that's FAST.
And their prices just the best. I pride myself on being a great reseacher and I called/surfed to get the best price == I ordered easily comparible items - commodities. They were, hands down, the lowest price.

I recently completed a 4000 sq. foot renovation of a 1916 home from top to bottom. Every piece of plumbing and most of the hardware were purchased through Quality Bath. I went for the highest end pieces given that I saved on tax, shipping and was given a discount. At the end of the day I did my calculation and I SAVED OVER $15,000! The plumbing went the smoothest of all of the trades to finish the house (as I am still waiting for backordered lighting items that I bought through my local lighting experts). I did have 2 returns for various reasons and they were simple and timely. I was discouraged to go buy my fixtures, tubs, sinks, toilets, etc.. through the internet many times by my local contractor and subs...I think they have changed their minds! This experience was the best and saved me when other areas of the job went over. I did this portion all myself and I was on budget, on time and everyone was happy! I do have one hint: Ask for Alan as he is amazing, courteous and very helpful. He works fast too! Take my word for it, you are not rolling the dice if you order items through Quality Bath better than any local vendor in my opinion! |

I should have written this long ago.I ordered a custom tub for my bath remodel from QB. It took 6 weeks (expected, they warned me at purchase) but when it arrived the box was a mess, and apparently the shipper had ped it. The shipper was very unhelpful, but the folks at QB were great. I had lots of photos before and after opening the box, and had signed to accept it only after noting the damage to the box.
After not getting very far with the shipper I contacted QB, they looked it over, and got another tub on order for me. In short they were great, and I will go to them first with my business every time......John Sharkey
PS The insurance company later ruled the shipper at fault(2 Months later), but I had my new tub by then thanks to the folks at Quality Bath |

This is the one to choose. I searched for hours for kitchen faucets and accessories for my new bath. I liked the free shipping and no tax that they offered, so I shopped here. I found good prices and an easy to navigate website. In the couple of instances where I found items for a cheaper, they honored the 110% offer immediately and with no hassle. We recently purchased a fairly large number of Valli & Valli cabinet pulls. It was the first time we ordered from Quality Bath and it was a very positive experience. I telephoned them twice to confirm price and availability. The women I spoke with both days were friendly and knowledgeable, and called Valli & Valli, while I was on the phone, to verify the number of pulls we wanted were in stock. The price for the pulls was excellent.
Within an hour of placing the order, I received an e-mail confirmation. Within a few days, I received another e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track shipment status. We received the pulls seven days after placing the order, mailed from the east to the west coast. They were well packed and in excellent condition.
So long as the price is competitive, we would purchase from Quality Bath again.

I found this company after very poor service from a competitor. I had ordered the same product from the competitor who listed the sink as in stock. 8 days later, we still had no shipping info because they had not shipped it yet and didn't even have it in stock.

We are stone fabricators/installers frequently asked about where we got our sink we have displayed in our showroom. It is also a granite sink. The price for the sink was so much less than the 'large box home improvement stores' that I was a little skeptical that everything would be as promised. In fact, I called to get a more accurate delivery date since our contractor needed the sink by a certain date. The customer service rep on the phone was very pleasant and professional. I ordered on Monday and the sink was delivered by Fed Ex on Friday! It arrived in excellent condition and I am a very satisfied customer. Unbelievable! I received my Blanco sink today via FedEx - just three days after it was ordered. It was shipped from New Jersey to Iowa during this very busy Christmas season. We were scheduling a remodeling kitchen project before the end of the year - replacing our existing sink and countertops. The sink we had chosen sometime ago was not in stock at our local authorized dealers and we were told on Monday of this week that they could not get one for several weeks until after the first of the year and that would be at additional shipping costs. I am a senior citizen and not the best computer user, but I got online and found Quality Bath - an authorized dealer. They had the sink in their warehouse, and with the help of Customer Service, the order was placed that day, picked up by FedEx and detailed emails sent tracking shipping, etc. All this was done smoothly, pleasantly and efficiently - no shipping costs, no sales costs and at a considerable savings! QUALITY BATH is really a QUALITY outfit.

We are remodeling our house and due to some last minute surprises needed medicine cabinets right away. I contacted other sites and could only get the cabinets we needed (based on size limitations) in no sooner than 4 weeks. I called Quality Bath and spoke to Mimi and she took a personal interest in my situation. She initially told me it would take 2 weeks but then she called back the supplier and told me she'll try to get it to me sooner, "that she will stay on them." I just received my vanity today and am SOOOOOOO pleased!!! The delivery driver helped me unpack it and check it all over for any damage it was in perfect condition. The Gaillo Ornamental granite top is gorgeous the pics on the site do not show how rich and beautiful this granite is. The cabinet is adorable I love it and can't wait to get it installed. It does look like we'll have to do some cutting in the back on the inside shelf in order for the pipes to fit properly, but otherwise I'm thrilled. I purchased it three weeks ago. That was super quick shipping and I could keep track of where it was being shipped and when with the website provided. I just received the beautiful nickel sink with the gorgeous apron. I ordered it 10 days ago and was expecting to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery since it is such a specialty item. I saw the perfect vanity (after an exhaustive search) in a HIGH END bath hardware store in Timonium MD, but didn't like the way we were treated by the arrogant and obnoxious gentleman that waited on us. I found the SAME cabinet on Quality Bath's website and had every intention of ordering it, mostly to keep us from to go back to the bath store in Timonium, but in the interim, and to our good fortune, we saved a little more than $630 by buying it from Quality Bath. They responded to written queries promptly followed up the order with email confirmations, and the shipping was by common carrier on the date of our choice (again with an emailed notice). The product arrived completely intact and according to schedule. We were grateful to find this source rather than pay more than we needed to a brick and mortar company with lousy service. The vanity we bought was of outstanding quality .. not cheaply made in Asia, but beautifully crafted in Spain. I wouldn't flinch about buying from anything again from QualityBath.com. So glad to have found the site!

I needed a Blanco sink and a Perrin Rowe faucet and the demolition had already begun on my kitchen. Everyone I talked to at Quality Bath was extremely helpful and courteous and the prices were fantastic. I ordered on Monday and the sink was in my house that same Friday and the faucet showed up the following Wednesday. All the items showed up before the estimated lead times and everything was perfect condition. Also Alan went out of his way to reassure me and check the status of my order for me at multiple times throughout this process. Great work Quality Bath - my contractor took notice as well!!!

A few months ago I purchased a Whithaus Fireclay sink from Quality Bath. At the time, there was no sink grid available for this sink. Recently I emailed Quality Bath inquiring about a grid because it was not on the website as available. Within a couple of days they emailed me back that it was available from Whithaus and to call in to order it. I cant tell you how much I loved my experience with QualityBath. I bought RonBow cabinets for both baths in our condo (purchased after our home was destroyed by Katrina). A year later we are still trying to get materials and furniture down here - takes forever. Our contractor ordered $2,000 worth of cabinets for one bath. They finally came in - the wrong color (and cheap plywood). I needed cabinets fast. The wonderful person on the phone at QualityBath helped me coordinate what worked and what would come quickly. My beautiful, solid wood cabinets came in 8 days! Now can you help me get the contractor back to install them?

The people at Quality Bath actually are concerned about providing excellent customer service and their goal really is customer satisfaction! I was very hesitant to order this type of merchandise through the internet. However the people at Quality Bath described the products clearly and correctly, I was kept well informed as to shipping , and when one of the items I received was the wrong thing (kitchen sink large bowl on right instead of left) they immediately took action to pick-up the wrong sink and deliver the correct one.
