My showerhead was shipped in a timely manner and arrived as advertised. Quality Bath is the place! As for the shower head review from a longtime Speakman aficionado I have to say their newer water saving parts really hurt the water pressure. Once you take those parts out the water pressure is a little too much though. It would be nice if they engineered these in such a way to disable the water savings to a point equal to the old school Speakman shower heads.
