Q:Is this faucet ADA approved. What is the warranty on the brushed nickel. Would you recommend this faucet in a small movie house/pub bar

Yes this is ADA compliant. The warranty is 5 years for the regular satin nickel finish and a lifetime warranty for the Satin Nickel PVD finish. This is a lavatory faucet but can be used in a small bar area as well.
