I like the versatility of using the shower at different heights and angles. It is a soft pour of water, as the name implies (raindance) can change to whirl, and combo of soft with whirl. If you are looking for a stronger shower pour, this head may not be for you. Initially, I did not know that I had to buy the wall outlet separately, till the sales rep. guided me to it. Otherwise, happy with the fixture.
