Left Hand Doesn't Know Right Hand
Quality Bath has a poor relationship with the supplier, Sigma. Quality Bath misfilled my order, without verifying with me, due to Sigma no longer making the product in a specific finish that my customer wanted. It took about 10 emails + phone calls, as well as mixup between Quality Bath and FedEx that were left to me to fix, to be able to return the wrong product that should not have been shipped in the first place. The only positive is that Quality Bath gave a full refund.
