I purchased this toilet in October of 2020. It's a very elegant design and the installation was easy. Looks beautiful! BUT! it does not flush well. After #2, even after a couple of times (2 or 3) of flushing, the bottom remains dirty. It is not because of being a wall mounted toilet. I have a KOHLER K-6299, it's slightly bigger, elongated. And it flushes perfectly just with one bigger flush. Do not buy Duravit Darling, it fails on its main function: flushing!

After using this toilet for a few months, I need to write this review to let others know not to buy anything from Duravit. I purchased this toilet after doing some research on wall mounted toilets, and also after a recommendation from my plumber. Now that I've been using it for a few months, I can report that it sucks. The issue is the flushing, which is the main component of toilet. There is still "stuff" in the toilet, even after 2-3 flushes. I live in California, so every flush costs money. I complained to Duravit, via Quality Bath, and this was the response: "Remanence of waste does tend to remain in this kind of toilet even after flushing a few time....Unfortunately due to the fact that this is the nature of a washdown toilet, Duravit does not have any solutions." I do not recommend Duravit, or wall mounted toilets. Quality Bath, however, I do recommend. They have been helpful and the ordering process was simple. I hope they stop selling this brand though.
