We've put Hansgrohe Metris in my entire house, we're very glad we made this decision. The construction of all the pices, from rough/in-wall ones to outside are very well designed, enginered and executed. All water touching pieces and handles are made of heavy brass, very thick finish doesn't take off after heavy scratching and the design of the vales inside is made to last a lifetime. They are easy to install, well thought ways to trouble shout/replace if something is off, they are light years better than Moen or Delta. I had tub spout leking around the button, the customer support was very knoledgeable, nice and professional, they replaced the entire tubspout without any comments, they shipped it in a 3-4 days. Hansgrohe is more expensive but they are definetly worth it.
