I had this soap dispenser installed about one month ago, along with the KWC single lever kitchen mixer faucet. It is working perfectly. I was a little afraid that soap might not dispense out of the slender arm, but no problem at all. It looks great alongside the ONO faucet. Kudos to Quality Bath as it arrived in perfect condition, on time.
