Customer Service was very polite and helpful - they even contacted the manufacturer to get a more specific delivery time and to ask which finish would look best with my style of kitchen (both QualityBath and the manufacturer suggested the least expensive finish!). The delivery time was very prompt and all products arrived in perfect condition.
