Ordered glass shower doors which arrived intact and on time. While my husband was removing one of the panels from the packing crate, it slipped and shattered. I called QualityBath to reorder the one panel and explained that it had arrived safely but shattered while we were unpacking it. They shipped out a replacement the same day and it arrived the following day. Best of all, they didn't charge us for the replacement or shipping.
