A++ service from Quality Bath (Janet) and Waterstone
While renovating the kitchen, the plumber thought the side sprayer was "leaking" after it was installed. I called Quality Bath (Janet), who arranged for a new Waterstone side spray to be delivered while I kept the old one in place, which I thought was extraordinarily considerate. My brother ended up looking at the sprayer and found a small amount of brass debris inside, cleaned it out and it works perfectly. Thankfully, I didn't need the new side spray. All of my Waterstone faucets and accessories work beautifully.
Nevertheless, the customer service I received from Quality Bath (Janet was my customer service rep) was exquisite. The service response from Waterstone was exquisite. My mom is re-doing her kitchen within the next year and I have two bathrooms to begin to renovate. I will not hesitate to work with both Quality Bath and Waterstone again.
