    We love our Rohl faucet. It is beautiful, works perfectly, and is one of my favorite aspects of our remodeled kitchen. The only problem we encountered was that is was on backorder for quite awhile (and the expected ship date was pushed back once or twice). The woman from Quality Bath who worked with us (who's name I can't recall) was extremely helpful and took it upon herself to check on our order with Rohl regularly. We are very satisfied with the Rohl faucet and the service we received from Quality Bath.
