I don't often write customer reviews/testimonials - but the exceptional customer service I received from Quality Bath leads me to write in.
Sara was the associate who helped me. Her professionalism and speed of service were some of the best I have ever experienced. We had a couple of issues with one manufacturer's and lead times - she did her absolute best to cure the situation - and did so in a creative way. I placed 4 orders over a period of time - Sara handled them all exceptionally well.
Sara always made me feel a valued customer, would quickly remember me and my order(s) and even recognize my voice after a while. This is rare today.
