Ordered glass shower doors which arrived intact and on time. While my husband was removing one of the panels from the packing crate, it slipped and shattered. I called QualityBath to reorder the one panel and explained that it had arrived safely but shattered while we were unpacking it. They shipped out a replacement the same day and it arrived the following day. Best of all, they didn't charge us for the replacement or shipping. I'll definitely do business with QualityBath when we remodel our other two bathrooms.
