Blanco Sink and Drain Assemblies
After receiving a cracked Blanco Silgranit sink from another supplier and not getting prompt resolution on the return, I contacted Quality Bath. The staff was most helpful, readily available, and answered all questions regarding the product and the delivery. All came exactly as promised. We did have one knob on the remote drain assembly that was scratched. Quality Bath personnel jumped on the problem and very promptly shipped the replacement. It was a pleasure doing business. By the way, the cracked sink is still in the box in my driveway and American Express and the other supplier are still discussing.
