It is great to find a company that doesn''''''''t just pay lip service to providing "customer service". The people at Quality Bath actually are concerned about providing excellent customer service and their goal really is customer satisfaction! I was very hesitant to order this type of merchandise through the internet. However the people at Quality Bath described the products clearly and correctly, I was kept well informed as to shipping , and when one of the items I received was the wrong thing (kitchen sink large bowl on right instead of left) they immediately took action to pick-up the wrong sink and deliver the correct one. All of this took only two weeks from order to correct merchandise in my hands. I will certainly be using and recommending you in the future. Thank you...Tari Cook, CA
