I ordered a bathtub from Quality Bath for our new home. Everything from the order process (they made sure to rush it across the country, so that it would arrive before I left) to the delivery person, who saw that it was going to be a struggle to get it into our house. He uncrated it and helped get it. There was a slight problem with the order when it arrived. They more than made up for it immediately.
