Accomodating, Quick, Quality
Customer service accommodated my request for a price match (plus 10% of the difference) without grumbling. They called the manufacturer to address a question that I had about the product and immediately informed me of the answer. The product was shipped within 24 hours (direct from the manufacturer) and arrived quickly. The quality of the product is excellent and it was exactly as described. Though there were no instructions for installation, that was not an issue for me personally.
