BTW, lovely individual, Morty. Follow-up e-mails were great and the product arrived early from the mfg - Porcher. Nothing amiss. With such great customer service and prices, I''ll order from Quality Bath again. If you feel overwhelmed and aggravated with traditional brick and mortar sellers, go to the web. So many pieces for my renovations came from internet sources, because I couldn''t find what I needed from either wholealers or suppliers (I''m a reseller).
