We purchased a Blanco sink and Hansgrohe faucet/soap. We found QB on a web search. Although I could have bought it on the web, I decided to speak to a "real person" to check a few details. I spoke to 2 different women (don''t recall their names) and received the same, excellent service. Both had "hot lines" to the manufacturers and got the few questions they couldn''t answer resolved super-quick. The products were delivered within hours (yes, less than a day) via UPS with shipping included. True I live one state over but that''s FAST.
And their prices just the best. I pride myself on being a great reseacher and I called/surfed to get the best price == I ordered easily comparible items - commodities. They were, hands down, the lowest price.
I feel I sacrificed nothing and got everything.
